We present high quality Instrumentation Cables which pose high conductivity. These Instrumentation Cables are made out of high grade raw material and provide sage usage. Our Instrumentation Cables are tested by the experts under strict industry norms for best quality. More over, we offer our Instrumentation Cables at economic prices. Type I - Power Cable Product Group : A3I
Applications :
BS5308 cables are applied to carry voice and data services
Interconnection between electrical equipments and instruments, especially in and around process plants, where transducer generated signals are supplied by panels, controllers and other devices
Standards : BS5308 Part 1
Conductor : Class 1, 2 or 5 plain copper conductors to BS EN 60228:2005 (previously BS6360)
Pairing : Two insulated conductors uniformly twisted together with a lay not exceeding 100 mm.
Insulation : PE (Polyethylene) to BS6234 or XLPE (Cross Linked Polyethylene) to BS5308 for LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) Cables.
Screen :
Collectively Screened Cables : Aluminum/Polyester tape is placed in continuous contact with a copper drain wire which is 0.5mm2 tinned. It is applied metallic side down over the laid up pairs.
Individually Screened Pairs : Aluminum/Polyester tape is applied to each pair, metallic side down and in continuous contact with a 0.5 mm2 tinned copper drain wire.
Sheath : PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) to BS7655 or LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
Sheath Colour : Blue/ Black
Temperature Rating : 65oC
Voltage Rating : 300/500V
Note : These cables are not suitable for direct connection to the public mains supply. Type II - Power Cable Product Group : A3I
