Characteristics:
1.energy saving: since the low-k value (coefficient of heat conduction ) of hollow glass is lower than that of single side glass (the k value of hollow glass is 3.0,while the single side glass is 5.80),therefore,in winter,either adopting air conditioner or heater to get indoor warm and adopting air conditioner to reduce the temperature inside in summer,hollow glass may greaily reduce the consumption of energy.
2.Sound insulation: the structure of hollow glass may reduce about 86 decibels of outdoor noise to 45 decibels inside the room. Single side glass does not have this obvious function.
3.Security: due to the double-layer glass structure,it has high capacity of wind-resistance and resistance to external impact force. Hollow glass is suitable for tall buildings in coastal area,trains and ships.
4.Anti-frosting； besides the advantages of sound insulation,due to the lower rate of moisture penetration,hollow glass can not cause the frosting phenomenan in the environment of l;arge temperature difference.
