We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the manufacturers of refractories , acid resistant bricks and allied products in central india . Perfect refractories started its refactory division in late 1970 and the manufacturing facility was located at jabalpur (madhya pradesh) . We have been serving to large no. Of refractory consuming industries since many years.
now the company has done major expansion in the area or refractory manufacturing and through its 100 % subsidiary company perfect firebricks pvt ltd. Has set up a completely new and modern refractory unit at maneri industrial area near jabalpur.
The new set up comprises of complete mill house with jaw crusher, impact mill , elevators ,five floor millhouse structure deck , separate hoppers for each material ,magnetic separator with batch weighing trolley system and counter current mixtures . There is a battery of 6 nos friction presses ranging to 150 m.t press along with hoist transfer system in the new unit to manufacture quality and efficient green bricks. For firing the refractories a 51 mtr. 800 m.t. Capacity pet coke fired tunnel kiln with a range of 1400 degeree centigrade is installed in the new unit. We also have a well equipped lab and experienced technical manpower to control the quality of the products.
