In order to meet higher requirements of the pipe solution treatment process, we developed intelligent thermal insulation bright solution equipment on the basis of intelligent bright solution equipment. The equipment is divided into heating section and insulation section. During the production process, the pipes in the heating section are heated to the set solution temperature, and the stabilization treatment of the insulation section for a certain period of time can more effectively eliminate the possibility of chromium depletion in the grain boundary and avoid the generation of
intergranular corrosion. After the stabilization treatment, the pipe has better mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
EQUIPMENT FEATURES:
● Constant temperature: the temperature detection of the insulation section is conducted by directly plugging
the platinum-rhodium thermocouple with high precision and high temperature resistance into the furnace for
detection. The actual temperature in the furnace is detected.
● Easy installation: there is no need to replace the quartz tube to facilitate maintenance and save installation time.
● Energy saving: rated power: 9-12KW, the room temperature rises to 1050℃, the time is about 15min, the
insulation section after reaching 1050 insulation temperature only needs 5-8A current to maintain the temperature,
will not increase the actual output power because of the size of the steel pipe and the increase of the production
line speed.
● More humanized: the insulation section only needs to set the insulation temperature once, and it will not need
to be manually adjusted because of the changes in the size of steel pipe specifications and the speed of the
production line.

Note: According to pipe diameter, wall thickness and production speed matching heating power supply, insulation
section can be lengthened according to demand
