Our implants are manufactured from the imported AISI 316L Stainless Steel & Titanium ASTM B348 GR-5 which complies with the ISO STANDARD and relevant NATIONAL SPECIFICATION.
Our instruments are made of the best suitable magnetic or non-magnetic Stainless steel. Additional treatments and coating are given to surface of instruments to ensure the durability and resistance to corrosion.
PRODUCT FEATURES
A) The nails are made with CRIMPING FOAM, which give high strength and more grip in the bone.
B) Bone screws are manufactured on THREAD GROUND TECHNOLOGY, which improve threading accuracy with perfect thread profile.
C) All bone plates in dynamic hole are made on CNC TECHNIQUES, which give equal size, foam and quality.
D) All the comprehensive instruments set for inter locking nails are UNIVERSAL & ACCURATE.
E) We have material test report of every order (e.g. TCR, METALLURGICAL SERVICES, NATIONAL TOXICOLOGY CENTRE PUNE etc.) Additional testing facilities are available in our work shop.
MATERIAL COMPOSITION FEATURES
Stainless steel AISI 316L grade is an iron based alloy.
Alloy with chromium creates a protective, self recreating chromium oxide stratum by up to thousand times.
Nickel instructs more corrosion resistance and easy for the production
Molybdenum diminish the rate of slow, passive dissolution of the chromium oxide stratum.
PRECAUTION
Products mixed with different makes can create complications or it invites the risk of corrosion and other technical problems.
The correct operating of any implants is extremely good.
Any implants should never be reused.
