    EAST-MAN Internal Rotary Gear Pumps are the most advanced positive displacement and self priming pumps, designed for large suction capacity as well as high pressure discharge capacity. Especially suited for handling highly inflammable fuel oils, solvents, lube oils, hydraulic oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil, animal oil, and other non corrosive liquid/oil.

    EAST-MAN Internal Rotary Gear Pumps are well protected as they have in-built by-pass valve, check valve, pressure relief valve, strainer, air separator & provision of dual outlet which makes it very cost effective. Advanced manufacturing techniques, dimensional accuracy, rigid C.I. body, low noise high discharge capacity and foremost indigenously built makes EAST-MAN Internal Rotary Gear Pumps exceptionally reliable.

    • Inlet/Outlet: 2” or 1” Inlet/ 1” BSP outlet.
    • Auxiliary Outlet: 1” BSP Female thread plugged, provision for dual outlet.
    • By-Pass Valve: By-pass valve with screw adjustment to avoid load on motor.
    • Check Valve (optional): Check Valve to keep suction line full for easy suction.
    • Pressure Relief Valve: To prevent back pressure from discharge line.
    • Strainer: Strainer to prevent dirt & other foreign matter from entering into the pump.
    • Seal: To prevent bleeding from the drive shaft.
    • P.B. Bush: Drive shaft run on ball bearing & P.B. Bush, hence well support the rotor and shaft.
    • Air Separator Chamber: Air Separator Chamber to eliminate air into discharge line.
    • Air Vent: Air release from here if float assy. fitted,otherwise plugged.
    • Mounting legs: 4 mounting legs with 10mm thread for a balanced and well support mounting.
