This dual station machine is designed to wind internal stators/in-flux motor stators. With a fully automatic needle-type winding head engineered to carry wire through the stator slots, copper consumption is drastically reduced compared to conventional winding techniques.

Electronic wire tension control through PLC to achieve precise tension. Programmable tension for different stages of winding facilitates achieving better-winding quality and flexibility in routing.
