mango pulp is extracted from well sorted non-gmo, ripened washed fruits by a mechanical process. Thorough screening & separation make pulp free from particles and impurities. Subsequent processing is carried on to make commercial pasteurization which ensures food safety & composition as per international standards. Pre-cooled pulp (-2oc) in drums pouches allow to freeze at -18oc in blast freezer plate freezer. Overall processing is by maintaining strictly hygienic conditions through out the processing line.
