non gmo and ripe watermelons are used to make these iqf watermelon balls. The watermelons are sorted and washed. Balls are made which are passed through individual quick freezers at a controlled temperature of -40oc; they are then sieved and inspected. After allowing them through a metal detector, the iqf watermelon balls are then packaged under stringent hygienic conditions.
