Iron Casting Ceramic Foam Filter

Cff-s is a range of new generation silicon carbide based ceramic foam filters with a consistent, high level performance in terms of metal flow rate and filtration efficiency. Cff-s filters are intended for filtering grey, ductile iron and nonferrous metals at the temperatures up to 1450 °c. The filters can be placed in the gating system of the mould as well as in combination with exothermic extensions for direct castingpouring on the filter. They can also be used for continuous non ferrous metal filtering, e.g. Production of copper wires, roads.
