IRON CATHODE

Iron cathode is Allied Metals’ efficient and economical low carbon, high purity melting base iron for use in induction and vacuum furnaces. This is a certified-to-heat product with 100% uniformity in chemistry and shape. It is suited for automated storage and charging systems, and is appropriate for producing low carbon stainless steel, non-magnetic and heat resistant castings, high nickel bearing alloy and magnetic alloys. Our Iron Cathode is cost competitive with scrap material, and its dependable analysis allows great scrap utilization. This product is free from sharp or jagged edges, and its uniform size promotes ease in handling.
