Product overview :
ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pumps are our company adopts the virtue of IS centrifugal pumps’ performance parameters and vertical pump structure , strict accordance with international standard ISO2858 and the newest national standards designs successfully the efficient energy-saving products. They are the new horizontal centrifugal pumps to replace IS horizontal pump, DL pump and other conventional products.
Divided into basic type, expansion flow type, A,B,C cutting type ,etc more than 250 specifications. According to the different flow medium and temperature, design and manufacture ISRG hot pump, IHG chemical pump, YG oil pump and IHBG series products of same performance parameters.
Using condition：
1. The maximum working pressure of pump system ≤1.6MPa, pump inlet pressure + pump lift ≤1.6MPa , so when ordering please indicate the system working pressure. When the inlet pressure is greater than 0.4 MPa or the system working pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, please put forward when ordering , so that when manufacturing we can take appropriate measures in the pump flow portion and connection portion.
2. Applicable medium : solid insoluble matter volume content of the medium is no more than 0.1% of the unit volume , particle size is no more than 0.2mm, if the medium has fine particles , please indicate when ordering .
3. Ambient temperature doesn’t exceed 40℃,relative humidity is no more than 95%.
Product usages:
1. ISG vertical channel pump is for conveying water and other liquids whose physical properties similar to water. Using the medium below 80℃. They are applicable for industrial and city drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler, fire booster, long-distance water transfer, heating, bathroom warm and cold water cycle pressure boost and equipment supporting, etc.
2. ISRG vertical hot water pump is applicable for the housing heating of civil institutions and enterprises having heating system ,and hot water pressure boost, cycle, conveying and other production technology heat system, such as: power station ,thermal power station, waste heat utilization , metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, wood processing, papermaking and other industrial boiler high temperature hot water, below 100℃.
