A volcano in your mouth. We have mixed our OXOS vinegar with nectar concentrate from cherries, blueberries and cranberries along with a variety of pepper and cardamon extracts. The result is explosive with spicy, sweet and sour flavours. Use it on grilled steak or drink it straight as a shot with crushed ice as an aperitif. Ideal for closing a meal or between courses.
