  Baklava is a crispy, very sweet dessert made of layers of filo pastry and chopped nut mixture, sweetened with fragrant sugar syrup or honey. It is typical for the cuisines of all Arab countries but also in many other countries like Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Algeria, Macedonia and Caucasus region. We offer it backed or raw, frozen at -18° to -22°C in a single-serve package or bigger pack forms.
