Jacketed Ball Valves

For heating or cooling purpose of media in process pipe lines, “Appex” fully or half jacketed ball valves are promising reliable product to serve industry better. Mainly single piece design jacketed ball valves In cast or fabricate construction are being used with significant features like ISO mounting pad, gland type design, locking arrangement, square design stem and lever etc.

2 to 3 coupling are welded on jacket for circulating external media and procuring desired temperature. In matter of size, jacketed ball valves are manufactured with bigger size of flange than body size. This cause because of jacket takes place towards drilled holes of flanges with sufficient clearance for circulating media. Therefore to provide proper space for bolting, jacketed ball valves are preferable in sizes like 25 * 40 NB, 40 * 50 NB, 50 * 80 NB, 80 * 100 NB, 100 * 150 NB etc.
