Jacketed Vessel Tanks

Jacketed tanks are a HMG specialty. We produce jacketed tanks with traditional double-wall jackets, half-pipe jackets, and dimpled jackets in both carbon and stainless steels. The dimpled jacketed tank design is an excellent and economical way to keep tank weight and wall thickness to a minimum, and is widely utilized to reduce overall cost. Our double-wall jackets can be sectioned into zones for more versatile heating or cooling flexibility, and we can add spiral baffling in the jacket space to ensure uniform coverage. Half-pipe jackets work well for most tank applications and obtain controlled, uniform coverage. We are proud to be named as the chief vacuum tank manufacturer from India. Having application in removing dust from PVC pipes, Industrial vacuum tank are largely utilized in industries. The vacuum tank are having a pneumatic system so as to create vacuum up to 8-14 kilograms in order to assure proper functioning.
