Jaggery cubes

Jaggery or ‘’Gur“ is a traditional non-centrifuged sugar consumed in Asia and Africa and it is a concentrated product of cane juice, can vary from golden brown to dark brown in color. It is produced by boiling cane juice in a large pan up to 200°C. The chemicals are added in the manufacturing process for removing the molasses and giving color to the jaggery. This jaggery is used for cooking purpose. The firm trades predominantly in jaggery and supplies jaggery to its clients in 500gms, 1kg, 5kg and 30kg.
