Ahamed, from Groceries Shifted Focus to Rice under the strong leadership of Chairman Mr. P. Mohmmed Unny who bring the brand Kadhir to the South Indian Rice Revolution….

We the A. K. Ahamed Modern Rice Mill, Pioneers in agro products manufacture, is one of the leading non basmati rice processors in the country.
We have more than thirty years of experience in serving various rice varieties suiting customer need and taste and “Kadhir” is our attempt at bringing you some of the finest rice varieties of South India.
With a state-of-the-art production facility in Salem (Tamil Nadu) we produce over 150 tons per day of rice. World fame Zaccaria - BraziL - and Buhler - UK - Machines are procured and installed as part of the High Tech Modernization in an area of 88000 sft. (20000 sft covered roof) with facility to store, pack and stock finished goods hygienically.
We employ stringent quality checks and adopt industry best practices. Our plant is certified for food safety management system ISO 22000:2005, thereby we demonstrate that our processes are of world class quality.
Our production facilities provide a livelihood to over 100 employees, each of whom plays an integral part in production and delivery of best quality taste & nourishment to our customers.
