fruit jelly volume injection system
volume injection is made in accordance with the volume of leverage.
this is the unit where the prepared recipes of the products are automatically injected into the silicon or steel molds within predefined weighs.
the depositor with sleeve keeps the products in required temperature.
the depositor is designed for the products in single color or in bicolor with volume injection.
cooking unit
this is the compartment where water, sugar, glucose and other raw materials are weighed and cooked with steam.
this unit is made from cr-ni stainless steel.
all tanks are manufactured with consistent materials against oil and steam.
the recipes of the products can be easily prescribed by means of a touch-operated screen.
the steam valves are automatically controlled by plc.
sugar coating and cooling unit
this is the compartment where the products are greased and sugar coated. After coating, the products are transported to the cooling tunnel with conveyor to prepare them for packing.

this is the compartment where products are packed.
