Micronizing as well as calcification is done by jet mills taking advantage of fluid energy. Mill is designed to inject high pressure air or steam in to cylindrical chamber through specially designed nozzles. Nozzle are placed at equally spaced on peripheral walls to have each tangential at imaginary smaller circumference.
