Jewelry Rolling Mill For Gold Silver Sheet and Wire

This Rolling machine is the most popular model among Goldsmiths and Jewellers. It is combined sheet and wire rolling mill having 5" length of rolls with provision to fix extension rollers at the end of wire rollers.

The rolls are made of high carbon high chromium special steel, hardened and ground finished. They are housed in extremely strong frame to overcome all the vibrations and stresses developed during working. The rolls are running in special anti friction phosphor bronze alloy bushing. The gears are made of case hardened steel and immersed in oil bath for noiseless and smooth operation. Various components are standardised and are interchangeable. This assures easy maintenance.

This MASTER rolling machine is powered by a 1.5 HP strong TEFC type AC electric motor running on 220 volts 50 cycles Single Phase supply. It is also offered with a 2.0 HP 440 volts Three Phase motor for larger factory with continuous use.

The machine is supplied with side rollers with standard half round grooves. Other grooves and designs are possible against order.

We also offer automatic lubrication and foot operated Emergency STOP system as extra optional features. Machines with different type of electric voltage and frequency for export are supplied against order.
