Jib Crane

Jib crane is the most user friendly material handling solution at a assembly solution workstation or a material handling solution. It is used for loading & unloading machine tools and also for loading & unloading of material from truck & other loading areas. When compared to a overhead crane it is time saving solution for material handling. Most of the times workstations are located near wall or pillar structures where the existing pillar is used for mounting of jib.
Column Mounted Jib Cranes are designed as a machine accessory for tool changing or loading of products on CNC machine. This Jib Crane can also be used for assembly or packing or loading of vehicles all work stations where need to work independently with quick and easy motions with minimum strain on body.
Jib cranes are good to operate or small specs or area which is difficult to access by overhead crane. Various type of jib crane are manufactured and supplied by Silverline. These are designed in house and are custom build.
