Aluminium Alloy Jolting Apparatus, Power Supply : Single Phase

The Jolting Apparatus 40 x 40 x 160 mm is a precision laboratory instrument designed for compacting cement mortar specimens in standardized moulds for strength testing. Manufactured using durable aluminium alloy, the apparatus ensures stability, long service life, and reliable performance in laboratory environments.

The equipment consists of a rectangular table rigidly connected by two support arms to a spindle positioned at a horizontal distance of 800 mm from the centre of the table. A projecting lug with a plane face is provided on the upper surface of the table, beneath which a stop with a rounded upper surface is installed. The table can be lifted and allowed to fall freely on the stop through a cam mechanism connected to a motor and gearbox using V-belts and pulleys.
