We have a vertically integrated state of the art manufacturing facility with spinning equipments imported from Ireland, dyeing machine from Italy, coating machine from USA, weaving and finishing machineries from Belgium. Process
Weaving is done on the latest rapier and electronic jacquard looms, imported from Belgium, to ensure perfection. At Extraweave, everything is in-house, beginning with our design centre using the latest CAD systems, sisal spinning unit using the very best extra long sisal from Tanzania, the finest dye house imported from Italy ensures quality dyeing, radio frequency dryers are used to retain the inherent texture, color and quality of the dyed yarn, the best effluent treatment plant in the industry is a testimony of our commitment to the environment, backing is done on a dual station coating plant, capable of doing both latex and fabric backing & highly skilled hands use the very best machines to finish and package the products.
