Kaew Mango

Though widely grown in the country's Southern provinces,mangoes are the mót abundant between March to May, known á Vetnam's mango season. Vietnam há many different varieties of this fruit, of which Cat mango( Ben Cat mango), TUong mango, ( elephant mango), and XIem mango ( Simese mango) are the most popular. with its succulent sweetness and invigorating smell, all the fruit's flavour ia contained in its smooth-textured flesh on both cheeks hugging a singe flat and oblong pit that is uaully fibous or hairy on the surface.
