Kalmegh Extract

We are offering Kalmegh Extract (Andrographis paniculata). The Kalmegh Extract is widely used in pharmaceutical industry. The alkaloids extracted are used in treatments pertaining to liver ailments. Kalmegh Extract is also reported to possess antihepato toxic, antibiotic, anti malarial, anti hepatitic, anti thrombogenic, anti inflammatory, anti snake venom, and antipyretic properties to mention a few, besides its general use as an immunostimulant agent. The plantations of Kalamegh have been raised over vast lands allotted to the tribal under RFR lands in Dhalai district. The plantations are being raised under direct supervision of Medicinal Plant Board of Tripura.
