Kashmiri Dried Figs

Kashmiri Figs are majorly green and purple with an excellent taste and health value. Drying out givesfigs the elegant copper-brown color which is in it, an attraction for the eyes. Figs grow on the Ficus tree, which is a member of the Mulberry family. These dried figs are very exotic in taste. Fig can be dried using chemical process or by natural sun drying. Natural sun dried Kashmiri figs are available at Valley Agro farm. You may or may not wash dried figs before consuming. These figs are sun dried naturally and do not contain any chemical processing.
