Saffron is the most expensive spice of the world, which grows in only two or three places in the entire world. Kashmir is one of them. There are different types of Saffron: Lachha Saffron, Mogra Saffron, Patti Saffron, and Chora Saffron. Saffron adds a vivid yellow color and a subtle flavor to the food.
