Liner
Supreme liner(bi-metal liner) for KERR KA5500 pump
With alloysteel outer shell and over 27% chrome inner sleeve.
The bore hardness is60 to 65 RCwhile the hull has high tensile strength of more than 90000psi. Allhy-chromeliner are manufactured with an �HP� lip in case of inner sleeveslippage.
Theservice life of this liner is more than 800 hours undernormal drillingconditions. Eastland�s hy-chrome liners are made for superiorperformance undertough corrosive and abrasive conditions.
Valve & Seat
KERR KA5500 pump uses full open valve & seatwith forged alloy struction,deep curburized
wear
surface and greater fluid flow and easier maintenance andseat pulling.
Piston
Eastland offers replacement rubberpiston,rubber bonded piston,urethane replacement piston and urethane bondedpiston which allows to work under different drilling condition.
