T-Shirts for Kidney Dialysis Patients - "Snappy Tee's are durable, comfortable, functional, retain color after repeated washings and limit shrinkage. The dialysis patient uses our "SNAPPY TEE" t-shirts for treatments, three times per week lasting 4 hours each time in extremely cold treatment room. A typical treatment is 30 patients with technicians and nurses going from one patient to another checking for any problems. We had labeled Dialysis as a use, but we had never seen the actual process until meeting the Social Worker. I had my short sleeve t-shirts and the first words out of his mouth were, "Can you do long sleeves with the same snaps in your shirt?" I replied "Yes" and the next statement was "Did you know that your t-shirts have a built in life-saving feature for our patients?" Your tubes inserted between two closed snaps will secure the tubes from falling down preventing a life threatening event. We celebrated with the news of a new and improved kidney dialysis t-shirt for the patient. The only problem with our t-shirts was DAVITA Clinics would not allow t-shirts to be brought inside their clinics. Why? They are endorsing another competitor. Later, our long sleeve t-shirt has become an entire list of other multi-functional uses - This same kidney dialysis t-shirt can be customized on either left/right or both sides for comfortable use. Just today we learned that bone marrow patients can use our t-shirts. Wear these t-shirts to treatments, during treatment, and leave session wearing the same t-shirt.
