The system uses a liquid fire extinguishing agent based on salt that specializes in fighting fires involving cooking oil & fat. (Class F)
When there is a fire outbreak, either a thermal detector or polymeric detection tube detects this incident. The cylinder valve of the system is then opened by the detection system & the suppression agent is discharged through the piping network to control/douse fire quickly.
