Ingredients : (in descending order by weight) Coriander seed, Cumin, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cloves, Fenugreek, Salt, Nutmeg, Ginger, Cardamom Amomum seeds, Cassia Fennel, Mustard, Garlic, Onion, Mace, Cardamom green, Asafoetida.

Recipe : POTATO,PEAS & PANNER : Cut 200 g Panner into 1 cm,fry them in ghee/oil till golden, Separately saute 2 chopped onion til golden in half cup ghee/oil. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and
cook for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste, 1/2 tspn. Shyam Deggi Mirch, 3 tesp. SHYAM Kitchen King Masala for 2-3 minutes. Add potatoes cut and full of peas. Stir for 1 minute. Add 3 cups of water and let them simmer for 5 minutes. Add paneer cubes and simmer further for 2 minutes. Sprinkle pinch full of SHYAM Kasoori Methi lives, stir and Serve.
