usage:
to begin with, place the knife sharpener plainly.
1. Coarse grinding: for a blunter knife
place the blunter knife into the diamond sharpening slot, sharpening back and forth with a moderate pressure will lead to the best sharpening result.
2. Fine honing/polishing: for knife maitenance
after coarse grinding, place the knife into the ceramic sharpening slot, also sharpening back and forth.
