by using our self-developed computer software-using our self-developed computer software-dpi (diagram pattern interface) with industrial computer, it will be easier to change the fabric patter, save huge labor cost and material cost note: 1 set of sh-crb1 electronic boby size rib circular knitting machine need to have 1 set of dpi. 1set of dpi can be used for many sets of rib circular knitting machine.
This industrial computer separate- with the machine in order to pack easier during the shipment, so it can take out easily. Meanwhile, it equips with military connectors, so the machine and computer can combine together easily.
This machine equips with memminger iro efs 800 device. With an air regulating valve, each festo air cylinder can regulate its pressure and eliminate noise.
on driving gear, server motor can control and change the speed by its server to cooperate with the machine speed in order to match the needs of products. This crb1 series also make fabric for medical usage. It also can knit rubber yarn and lycra yarn.
