Knotting Machine

L2001 auto knotting machine is the gold medal product of Wanli. Its parts are made by high-quality steel which is processed by heat treatment and quench, they are made accurately, with correct size, high polishedness and strong wear-resistance.
It can make 200-350 knots per minute on all kinds of looms (is fit for the length of loom: 1100mm-2300mm), it is 5-10 times of those made by hand. Adopting tube mode, length of yarn arm is about 20mm.
Range of application: 84-10 counts (single yarn); 14.5×2-5×2 counts (folded yarn). It is fit for cotton yarn, synthetic fibre and wool, and it can make knot tightly by picker point dividing warp, so that can finish the process of changing shaft.
