L-Carnitine is an amino acid that helps the body turn fat into energy. Sometimes body may not have enough carnitine because either it does not produce enough or can' t transport it into tissues. Therefore accumulation of fat results in orange skin and cellulite. By Contrast, more L Carnitie, the more fat is burnt and therefore we loose weight, we recover energy and our resistance to cold and fatigue increases. It is indicated to assist in cellulite reduction and weight control, since it helps eliminate fat and tones the muscle. L-Carnitine reduces the quantities of triglycerides and cholesterol, improving the lipid metabolism.
