It is a potent, highly selective antagonist at the 5HT 3 receptor site. It can effectively control vomiting due to anti cancer drugs as well as radio therapy and chemotherapy. It does not produce extrapyramidal symptoms. Composition : 4mg2ml, 8mg4ml Indications : Vomiting and nausea associated with anti cancer drugs, cytotoxic radio therapy, chemotherapy. Prophylaxis and prevention of post operative nausea and vomiting. Contraindications : Hypersensitivity Safety Profile : Liver diseases, constipation, headache.
