We start with furniture grade cold rolled steel and use only the finest materials available throughout the manufacturing process. The results are components that meet or exceed the requirements of today’s modern lab and manufacturing standards. Each cabinet is formed using heavy gauge steel through CNC operations. They are then fabricated using resistance welding and MIG welding to provide strength and rigidity. After going through 9 tank pretreatment process, which is the lifeline of surface coating, each steel component is then fully powder coated with our premium colors. Assembled using the latest fittings and hardware the cabinet finally takes its form to provide excellent usability for our clients.
