Lab V – Blender The blend is achieved by the constant dividing and intermeshing of particle movement provided by two connected cylinder. The shapes of blender body results in a near complete discharge of product material, clearly an added advantage over horizontal blender. The V- blender is good for blending dry powders and granulated products. V-Blender Equipment is based on a powerful Main Drive Unit.‘SHAKTI’ V- blender is very precision machine, performing dry blending of powder or granules in only 10 to 30 minutes. This machine is utilized for mainly homogenizing, blending and also for granules lubrication as that facilitates better results at a tablet press while compressing this granules. The entire operation is fully dust-free and automatic. All parts coming in contact with mix are of stainless steel 316 quality and are highly polished. Drive motors, electrical control panel and control station are supplied in non flameproof construction, the control panel be located in low risk area. Machine will have control panel near the vessel.
