Bottle Top Dispenser PP Valve is easy to operate and smooth, effortless plunger movement for bubble free dispensing.

Piston :

The well designed PP piston with silicone O-ring assures smooth, effortless piston movement and extremely high accuracy.

It has five adaptors to fit in most of the laboratory reagent bottles.

The respective size of standard thread : 30mm

The various values of Adaptors are as follows :

28mm, 32mm, 36mm, 40mm, and 45mm.

Its Nozzle cap prevents undesirable droplets.

Its easy to dis-assemble for the practices such as cleaning and servicing.

Its Glass Barrel is protected by a polypropylene sleeve.

It also ensures no glass splitting in case of any accidental breakage.

Valve Manifold :

The finely designed, single piece Polyproplene valve manifold in the premium model ensures excellent reproducibility.

These instruments are fully autoclavable at 121oC , 15psi. therefore there is no need to dis-assemble the instrument for autoclaving.

Screw type volume adjustment knob with large pointer assures a precise, easy and quick volume adjustment system.

Calibration :

It has appropriately designed universal calibration tool for convenient and quick In-lab user re-calibration. This is as per the compliance of GLO/ISO Norms.
