“TEMPO” make TI – 128HT series ovens are made of triple-walled construction. The motorized blower with V-belt fitted on the top side of the chamber for re-circulation of air to maintain the uniformity of temperature inside the chamber. The unit is insulated with 4” high grade glass wool. Single door fitted on heavy hinges. The unit is provided with user friendly adjustable stainless steel rod mesh trays.

• Inside SS 304 with mirror polish & outside mild steel powder coated.

GMP Models

• Inside SS 316 with mirror polish & outside stainless steel 304 with the dull buff finish.

Controlling System

• Two separate imported microprocessors based autotune PID controller with CE mark & dual display of set value & process value for control pf temperature.

Air Circulation

• The motorized blower with V belt drives on the top side of the chamber develops unique airflow distribution inside the chamber.

Heating System

• High quality U shape S.S. tubular heating elements are used on the side walls to maintain uniform conditions inside the chamber.

Features

• The single door is fitted on the heavy hinges with a ceramic gasket to avoid heat loss. The specially designed stainless steel wire mesh/rod trays ensure uniform temperature distribution.

Safety Features

• The safety digital temperature controller to cut off the heater supply in case of overshoot of temperature and give audio alarm.
