Laboratory Oven Air Draft

Laboratory oven air draft are widely used for the day to day heating, dying and moisture removal in both standard and customized models,specifically designed to meet the challenging demands of various scientists for individual and specialized research applications.Apart from that we are supplying our laboratory oven im India,catering to variety of customers ranging from Defence installations,research laboratories,educational institutes and various R&D laboratories of leading national and international companies.

Our laboratory ovens are triple walled convection heated units.Outer body of our hot air oven are constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated.The inner chamber is made of heavy guage stainless steel sgeet of ss-304 grade/mild steel.The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory oven. The unit is provided with one to three stainless steel shelves (As per the inner size).

Heating:

Heating Indicates three side heating system is provided in our units,comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The warm air is evenly disturbed throughout the chamber through forced air draft from bottom/top.

Temperature Range:

Temperature range of our standard laboratory oven are 5oc above ambient temperature to 250oc.However we have the capacity to modify the same suit the individual specialized requirement of our customers.

Temperature Sensitivity:

Temperature inside our hot air ovens are controlled with a sensitivity of -+1oc or better.

Front Panel :

Front Panel of our units comprises of on/off switches heating and mains indicators lamps temperature controllers /Thermostat

Temperature Control:

The Temperature inside our laboratory oven is controlled either through hydraulic type German thermostat(Sensitivity -+1oc) or through solid state micro processor based temperature controller cum indicators.
