Ø The JAGUAR Lab Sifter consists a motorized stack of eight numbers of specially moulded circular wooden frames out of which 7 frames are fitted with different standard mesh sizes of imported Nylon Bolting cloth from Sefar, Switzerland as per your requirement.
Ø The equipment has a 32 mm eccentric drive.
Ø The whole arrangement is fitted on a base with a Single Phase fraction H P Motor 1440 rpm.
Ø The sifting speed is designed to be around 285 RPM.
Ø All the sifters have bouncing cubes to aid efficient sifting action.
Ø The equipment is fitted with Maintenance Free Polymer Bearings for smooth running.
Ø The Spindles are designed to have long and trouble free life.
Ø It has a collecting tray made of SS.
Ø The equipment is well balanced Radially, Axially & Dynamically to the maximum extent.
Ø Endless Nylon Belt is used for the drive with a guard.
Ø An electronic timer is provided to cut off at desired / pre-set time.
