Ladle Refining furnace

Ladle refining furnace is used for refining Black metal and nonferrous metal. The purpose of using it is to obtain higher performance target metallic materials. According to the different refining way, refining furnace can be divided into XX kinds.

Ladle furnace, also known as refined-smelting ladle furnace, keeps molten steel at the right temperature by variable arc heating. Slag-making material such as Lime, fluorite can be used for slagging, Blowing argon into the bottom of the furnace can wash molten steel. All of these will be removing inclusions from steel. The capacity range of Ladle durance is 10-150 tons. It is suitable for refining molten steel produced by intermediate frequency furnace or the arc furnace.
