Air & Light Integrated laminar air flow ceiling: Plainair Ceiling System-constructed out of 1.6 mm thick aluminum sheet, The HEPA filters having dust spot efficiency of 99.99% 0.3 micron. Air & Light diffuser made out of two layer of mono filament precision woven polyester for the plan air ceiling to give a "LAMINAR FLOW" of filtered air. Plenum Box made of Alumunium or Steel, The Air & Light diffusers consist of two layers of monofilament precision woven polyester of uniform porosity with an open area of sufficient resistance to create laminar flow from diffuser face. Diffusing air into the theater uniformly over the total area, range of ventilated ceiling provides the sterility and cleanliness required for modern operating theater environment. Integral lighting provides an illumination level in excess of 15000 Lux in Operating area and 10000 lux other electronic stepless dimming down to 5% without flicker,It also provides a diffused shadowless lighting system with Intensity control.
