Langen Cartoner Semi Horiz B1

Langen Model B1, semi automatic, horizontal, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 30 to 80 cartons per minute – speeds depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 1-34" to 14" in Length; 12" to 6" in Width; 4" to 14" in Depth. Equipped with 3-chain drive set on 18" centers with 1-12" high x 2" long lugs, blank carton magazine, 2-arm rotary vacuum pick n place, extended 12′ long product load area, top carton squaring rail, and two gun hot melt glue systems with compression discharge. Additional features include tilt-able frame for gravity assist product loading, vacuum system and height adjustable leveling legs with casters.
