Large Casting Ring

Using our advanced CNC turning and grinding operations, Signal Machine Company performed the final machining of a fairly large cast iron casting ring supplied by the customer. Meeting a precision (+-) .01 of an inch precision tolerance, we machined the part to measure approximately 20x3x5 inches in dimension. Successfully machining the casting ring to meet client specifications, we now manufacture 100 units per year for the food processing equipment industry, delivering all finished units to our client's facility in Philadelphia.
