Work principle
as we know, latex centrifugal clarifier is subside centrifugal machine, its drum wall is non-hole. The centre of latex surface will be sinking by the centrifugal force & gravity force when the drum rotates. And the rim will be raised, whole latex surface make rotation paraboloid. With high speed rotation, the centre will be lower, the rim higher, and that the centre latex will be low down and rim drum wall latex rise.
Centrifugal clarify process of fresh latex: fresh latex is in high speed rotor drum through feeding pipe, because the centrifugal force, the solid impurity which heavier than latex is be down under the centrifugal force, the light impurity is out from discharge exit of rotor drum to collecting cover.
