internally

inhalation. Pour february to april drops of lavender essential oil in a diffuser. Without diffuser, add the essential oil in a large bowl of boiling water and inhale the vapor, head over the bowl and covered with a large towel. Repeat inhalations several times a day as needed, or at bedtime for insomnia.
externally
restlessness and sleeplessness
at bedtime, apply 5 drops of essential oil of true lavender on the forearms and the solar plexus (the middle of the abdomen between the breastbone and the navel).
before bed, take a warm essential oil of lavender bath: mix 20 to 30 drops of essential oil to an emulsifier (eg 1 teaspoon unscented liquid soap.) before adding any in the bath water.
cramps and muscle pain
we can prepare a massage oil by diluting february to april drops of lavender essential oil or lavender in 1 c. Tablespoons of argan oil. Gently massage the affected areas to penetrate.
