Laxmi Group Active Lime Production Line

We are offering active lime production line. The active lime production line as an important lime plant or active lime plant or active lime line refers to the assembly line of producing active lime. In general, the rotary kilns are divided to cement kiln, metallurgy and chemical engineering kiln and lime kiln according to the materials to be processed. The cement kiln is used to roast cement clinker; the metallurgy and chemical engineering kiln is used by the steel plant to magnetic roast the deficient iron ore and oxidizing roast the chromium and josephinite, by the refractory matter plant to roast high bauxite ore and by aluminum manufacturer to roast clinker; the lime kiln is used by the steelworks and ferroalloy works to roast active lime and light roast dolomite.
Working principle
the qualified limestone stored in the material bin is lifted by the elevator to the pre-heater top. The material feeding quantity is controlled by the top and bottom level indicator and the limestone is distributed to each room of the pre-heater. Then the resolved limestone enters the cooler and is cooled to be at 100°c by the coal air. Finally the lime discharged from the cooler is transported to the finished product storage bin through the feeder, chain and bucket conveyor, bucket elevator and belt conveyor.
